Reporting a problem

To help us find the cause quickly, please include:

• the name of the plugin;
• what you asked ChatGPT and what you expected;
• what happened instead (the error message, if there was one);
• the approximate date and time, with your time zone.

Please do not send more personal or business data than is needed to describe the problem.

Known limitations

• Official registries (VIES, the Polish "White List", KRS, NBP, ECB) are sometimes unavailable or slow. When a plugin reports that a source cannot be reached, try again a few minutes later.
• Generated PDF links expire after 24 hours. Ask ChatGPT to generate the document again if a link has stopped working.
